Most parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, usually within 48 working hours of receiving your order.
We ship to most destinations worldwide - If your country is not listed as an option at the checkout please email mark@dromarti.com
All parcels will require a signature.
Shipping times to some destinations may occasionally be extended as a result of reduced air cargo capacity. This is due to the closure of airspace over Russia, Ukraine and Moldova and increased fuel costs.
Our standard delivery charge per kg of packaged weight are:
| UK - £5.00 GBP - Delivery aim: 1-2 working days after dispatch. |
| Europe - £15.00 GBP - Delivery aim: 5-7 working days after dispatch. |
| Rest of World - £25.00 GBP - Delivery aim: 8-10 working days after dispatch. However, some locations in South America and Asia may take considerably longer. |
All goods are shipped DDU (DAP). You are responsible for all Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, charges and agent fees levied upon goods arriving in your country.
All Deliveries are fully insured. However, we are unable to refund you for lost or missing deliveries until 20 - 25 working days after Royal Mail's delivery aim period - https://www.royalmail.com/international-compensation
